> How do I become a client?

It’s simple! Just contact us at petsandpeeps4u@gmail.com or 404-316-5350. We’ll then schedule a complimentary Meet and Greet so we can better assess your needs and meet your pets. At that time, you’ll meet your pet’s care giver.

> What areas do you serve?

Currently, we serve all locations in the following zip codes around Roswell, Ga.: 30076, 30077, 30023, 30009, 30022, 30075, 30092, 30005, 30004, 30071, 30010, 30003, 30091. If you are not located in one of these zip code areas, contact us and we may be able to provide our services to you.

> What services do you provide?

Every person and pet is different. That’s why we provide customized services tailored to you and your pet’s needs. In general, we provide the following:

  • Dog walking
  • Drop-in visit for feeding/play
  • In-home overnight house sitting
  • Overnight stay at Pets and Peeps
  • Shopping for pet food, pet meds etc.
  • Transportation for vet or groomer visits
  • Distance running training for your dog (based on health and overall condition of dog)
  • House sitting/visits

These services may be provided for one or multiple pets. Combinations of these and other services also are available. Examples of our rates can be found on our Rates/Services page.

> Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, Pets and Peeps is insured and bonded by KennelPro. KennelPro is powered by Mourer-Foster, Inc. – a full-service specialty insurance services provider since 1933.

> How are keys handled and how will you access my home?

The safety of your home and your pet(s) are our top priority. During the Meet and Greet you must provide us with a key to your home. Keys are marked with your pet(s) names only. If you live in a gated community, you also must provide a gate card, gate remote or access codes.  We will not access your home via the leasing office, calling you, or by receiving access through a concierge or a neighbor/friend.  

> What is a “Meet and Greet” and why is it required?

A Meet and Greet is complimentary and is an opportunity for you and your pet to meet your care giver. After you contact us, we will set an appointment to come your house. While there, we will meet you and introduce you to your pet’s care giver (you can read about them here). The care giver will get to know your pet, take him/her for a short walk and/or a play session and talk to you about your pet’s needs and requirements as well as house rules. Also, this is your chance to ask the care giver any questions you may have.

> Do you accept gratuities?

Gratuities are not required, but are appreciated. Your care giver will receive 100% of the gratuity. If you are pay by credit card, you  can add the gratuity to the charges and designate the care provider. Pets and Peeps will distribute all of the gratuity to your care giver.

> Do you provide 24/7 and holiday service?

Yes, if required we can provide pet care or home care anytime of the day or night, any day of the week, holidays included.

> Do you provide emergency service?

Yes, we can provide emergency service.
