Karen Krieger

Founder and Owner of Pets and Peps Personal Assisitant Services. Always an animal lover, Karen is living her passion. She started the business in 2016 with a goal in mind of providing stellar pet care services to clients and to create a team of compassionate, loving animal lovers – she got both!

Debbie brings 25 years of health care and administration to her role of Business Advisor for Pets and Peeps. In addition to working with Karen, Debbie enjoys providing walking, daycare and overnight services to Pets and Peeps clients.

Donna Hyerdall

Donna is originally from the northern suburbs of Chicago. She moved to Georgia in 2014 and loves the countryside, mountains, and very little SNOW! She is still a Chicago Cubs, Blackhawks, and Bears fan, but has become an enthusiastic Braves and Falcons fan.

Unfortunately, she lost her wonderful Golden Retriever a few years ago and wasn’t ready to fall in love again, so she decided to join Pets and Peeps in 2018. She enjoys the companionship of her new feline fur baby and will help keep your fur babies happy and healthy as well!

Donna has also taken on the role of Office Manager helping to keep us running smoothly!

Mary Duval

Mary’s career has included accounting, real estate sales and appraisal and now pet sitting! She has always loved cats and cannot remember not having at least one. Pets and Peeps gives her the opportunity to take care of a variety of kitties without adding to her current family of cats.

An Ohio farm girl, Ruth has always been surrounded by pets. A retired business owner and teacher, her family has included kids, grand kids, cats, golden retrievers and labs. She enjoys walking, boating on her lake, pet walking and pet sitting.

David Herbertson

David has lived in Roswell his entire life. He started working with rescue groups at about 15yrs old and has even helped start a few. David has always had a passion for animals, especially the misunderstood. He currently works as a veterinary assistant at East Roswell Vet Hospital and has been there since June 2018.

As you can tell from her picture, Beverly is a pet lover. From having dogs, horses and cats along her life’s journey, she has shared with and had returned an immeasurable amount of love. Thanks for allowing her to share with your pets!

After being a dental assistant for 20 years, Dinah decided she wanted to work with animals. I got a job at a veterinarian office and worked there for 7 years, which is also where she started pet sitting. She loves what she does, especially getting to know all the precious pets!

Gail is a proud native of Atlanta and a resident of Martins Landing in Roswell, Georgia for over 30 years. She is the mother of three terrific two-legged sons and has mothered many four-legged fur babies, both dogs and cats, for many years. She has loved them all and been well loved in return. Guess which ones were the easiest!? Being Karen’s neighbor for many years, she has had a bird’s-eye view to watch her turn a solo dog walking company into the well respected Pets and Peeps Services it is today. Recently, she had the opportunity to join Pets & Peeps and became a member of its outstanding team. She looks forward to providing you with stellar service. Native born Georgia peach, Diana is a small business owner operating a cleaning service. She adores animals, is a talented singer and her high energy is a perfect match for the great outdoors.

Cathleen Breed

Originally from the Destin Florida area, Cathleen is a retired hairstylist living in Roswell Georgia happily taking care of her two grandchildren ages 9 and 5. She enjoys being outside taking walks, hiking, being around the water, and playing with the grandkids. Working with pets and peeps has been an absolute dream job! It is so wonderful to be able to walk, love on, and play with all of the amazing fur babies and to meet so many different wonderful fur parents.

Emily Malkin

Emily is a native of Atlanta and grew up in Roswell. She graduated from Georgia State University and works in real estate. Emily grew up a cat person but, in recent years, has fallen in love with dogs, though she doesn't have her own (yet). When she's not working or spending time with your furry friends, Emily loves to go to the movies, spend time with friends and family, go to the gym, and has recently been learning West Coast Swing dance.

Greg Freels

Greg lives in Alpharetta and has recently retired from AT&T Telecommunications after 22 years of providing service to Roswell, Alpharetta and the surrounding communities. His interests include; working out, cycling, walking, reading history and geo politics. He enjoys listening to music and spending time with family and friends. Greg has always had a love for animals, and Pets and Peeps gives him the opportunity to spend time with all kinds of pets! His job with AT&T required him to work in many customers homes, so he is tuned into treating your home with respect while providing the best care for your pet(s).

Noreen Schmalziredt

Noreen is a retired Registered Nurse (RN). A lover all kinds of animals, she is comfortable with those big and small! With her nursing background, she is also skilled with dispensing medicine safely and accurately. Noreen has a love of dog sitting because it allows her to really get to know the pets. It is so much fun and rewarding!

In her free time, Noreen stays active, lifting weights and walking on a regular basis. She enjoys having and keeping her good health.

Tracey Preslan

Tracey moved to Roswell from NC in 2000 and has lived in Martin’s Landing since September of 2002. She works full-time as a scrum master for the University of Maryland Global Campus. Tracey rescued her first dog, Rosie, in 2020 during the pandemic when her kids wouldn't stop asking for a pet. She has grown enamored with dogs since! Along with Rosie, Tracey has 3 kids and is married. She loves watching her children play sports (volleyball and baseball), visiting the beach, reading, walking, and lunch plans!

Amy Martin

Amy grew up in west Michigan and has lived in the Atlanta area since 1986. After working as an Executive Recruiter for 25 years, she “semi-retired” and earned her real estate license. She is married, has one beautiful daughter, and is an avid UGA fan. Amy is an animal lover and has been blessed with two of the very best dogs in the world, a mutt and a Sheltie. She currently has two Ragdoll cats, and a Golden Retriever granddog.

Ann McCaskey

Ann grew up in Athens, GA. She graduated from college with a Bachelor's Degree in education. She was a teacher for 4 years, but currently does marketing/consulting in the design industry. Ann has had pets her entire life and is a huge animal lover. She currently has adopted 2 dogs (a pit mix & a corgi-bulldog mix) and a cat.

Nadia Vaeh

Nadia is a long-time animal lover and advocate! While living in LA, she would regularly hit the streets to hand out “doggie bags” and volunteer at veterinary drives via 501C3, Mission Wellington/Treats For Pups, to serve the pets of the homeless folks residing in Skid Row with healthcare and nutrition. She loves caring for various animals and grew up around chickens and goats! Nadia is also a professional musician and composes music for film and television as well as for her own artist project! She has a background in marketing too, and loves to find creative ways to connect with audiences of all walks, pun intended 😉 .

Jump Start Dogs:  Owner, Evan Dunbar, is dedicated to delivering long-lasting training built on trust and clear communication. Evan specializes in working with protection, service, and companion dogs.

Overnight and daycare at Pets and Peeps

Includes two guaranteed 30-minute dog walks, play, feeding, meds (if needed). Dogs are never left more than 4- 4.5 hours alone, less if the dog is crated.

In-home visits for cats

Includes kitty litter change, playtime, feeding, and meds if needed.
