Please note that calls placed after 6:00 pm, with the exception of emergencies, will be returned by the end of the following business day.

Additionally, our offices will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years’ Day holidays. While our sitters will continue care for your pets during these days, as requested and scheduled prior to the holiday, any non-critical inquiries placed on these days will be returned by the end of the next business day.
